Georgetown: Mark Anthony "Andy" Lambert, 59, died Saturday, January 2, 2010, at his residence. Mr. Lambert was born in Georgetown on March 15, 1950, a son of the late Sammy Lee Lambert and Bertha Neolia Hayes Lambert. He graduated from Winyah High School and attended Horry-Georgetown Technical College and Florence-Darling Technical College. Mr. Lambert was a former employee of Georgetown County Environmental Services. Mr. Lambert was predeceased by two brothers: Louis Legare Lambert and Ernest Leroy Lambert, Sr. Surviving are: a sister, Vicky E. Livingston of Georgetown; six nephews, Michael A. Livingston, Roger Lambert, Eugene Lambert, and Edward Lambert all of Georgetown, Ernest Leroy Lambert, Jr. of Hinesville, Ga., and Jason Lee Wrenn of Beaufort; two nieces, Sandra M. DeMonje of Washington, D. C. and Patti Stanley of Florence; two sister-in-laws, Sarah R.
