Georgetown: Mary Adelaide Galphin born 1/6/31 in Hickory, NC passed away from leukemia on 8/22/15. She was predeceased by her husband, George Galphin, and her son, George. Surviving are two sons, Peter and Tom; grandson, Mason; and her brother, Rusk Henry. Mary Adelaide was an active member of the Prince George Winyah Episcopal Church of Georgetown, and a devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, and friend to all who knew her.
