Mildred Louise Frank Ricketts, 94, widow of Capt. John Tyler Ricketts, Jr., passed away March 28, 2020, at her residence.
Mrs. Ricketts was born in Baltimore City, MD, on January 20, 1926, a daughter of the late Charles Edward Frank and Amanda Louise Brodie Frank.
