Andrews:
Naomi Swails Baxley, 68, died Tuesday, February 1, 2005, at her residence.
Mrs. Baxley was born in Georgetown on May 30, 1936, a daughter of the late Henry Lee Swails and Bessie Evelyn Goude Swails. She was a graduate of Andrews High School and retired in 2002 from Sampit Lumber Company. Mrs. Baxley was a member of Holy Trinity Pentecostal Holiness Church and the widow of Alford "Al" Patrick Baxley, Jr.
Surviving are: a daughter, Cindy Lynch of Andrews, a son Rick Baxley of Andrews; a brother, Henry Swails of Andrews; three sisters, Florence Evans of Andrews, Juanita Howard of New Bern, N. C., and Delores Roberts of Hiram, Ga.; four grandchildren, Tasha L. Shelley, Foster Lynch, Sean Baxley, and Taylor Baxley, all of Andrews; and a great-grandchild, Ally Shelley of Andrews.
Funeral services will be eleven o'clock Friday morning, February 4, 2005, at Holy Trinity Pentecostal Holiness Church. Officiating will be the Rev. David R. Richardson and the Rev. Henry Duncan, Jr. Burial will follow in Bethel United Methodist Cemetery.
