Andrews: Nell Ethridge Watson, 74, died Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at Tidelands Hospice House in Georgetown. Mrs. Watson was born in Andrews on October 24, 1939, a daughter of the late Barney Roberson Ethridge and Blanche Feagin Ethridge. She grew up in Andrews and graduated from Andrews High School. Mrs. Watson worked for Oneita Knitting Mills for many years. She loved fishing and was a very loving mother. Mrs. Watson was a member of Piney Forest Baptist Church. Surviving are: her husband, B. Frank Watson of Andrews; and a daughter, Meri West of Andrews. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Watson was predeceased by a son, Michael West. Funeral services will be held at two o'clock on Friday afternoon, April 11, 2014, at Family Worship Center. Officiating will be the Rev. Murray W. Powell. Burial will follow at Piney Forest Cemetery.
