Mt. Pleasant: Pamela Diane Korb Calhoun, 62, died Monday, May 26, 2014. Mrs. Calhoun was born in Columbia on December 27, 1951, a daughter of the late Harry Williams Korb, Jr. and Carolyn Campbell Korb. She grew up in Georgetown and graduated from Winyah High School. Mrs. Calhoun attended Erskin College, the University of SC, and Horry Georgetown Technical College. She was a former bank teller and worked for the Berkeley Co. Coroner's office for over ten years. Mrs. Calhoun lived in Mt. Pleasant for the past ten years and was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Georgetown. Surviving are: her husband, T. S. Calhoun, Jr. of Mt. Pleasant; a step-son, Rev. T. S. "Buddy" Calhoun, III (Diane) of Moncks Corner; a step-daughter, Allison Dennis (Luke) of Moncks Corner; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be private. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening, May 29, 2014, at the Georgetown Chapel of Mayer Funeral Home from five until seven o'clock.
