IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Pearl Wilson
Morris
August 29, 1942 – December 27, 2025
Andrews
Pearl Lee "Pearlie" Wilson Morris, 83, of Andrews, South Carolina, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, December 27, 2025.
Born on August 29, 1942, in the Spring Pond Community of Williamsburg County, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late William Wesley "Son" Wilson and Mizzie Ann Michau Wilson.
Pearlie was married to her devoted husband, Eddie L. Morris, with whom she shared a life rooted in family, faith, and love. She spent her life in the care of others, always placing the needs of those she loved before her own. Most especially, she was a devoted and loving mother to her daughter, the late Readous "Rita" Morris, who was truly the center of her world.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Eddie L. Morris; her cherished daughters, Elizabeth "Renee" (Dan) Tate and Nicole "Nikki" (Eric) Manale; and her adored grandchildren, Daniel "Ross" Tate, Reade Tate, and Liam Manale, who were the light of her life and brought her endless joy. She is also survived by her sisters, Marlene Crimminger and Earlene Gorchyca.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Billy, Jimmy, Jerry, and Jackie Wilson who have welcomed her home.
Pearlie found joy in life's simple and beautiful moments—tending to her flowers and preparing meals that brought family and friends together. Her kitchen was a place where everyone was welcome and no one ever left hungry. Through her selflessness, gentle spirit, and unwavering care for others, she touched the lives of many.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
A funeral service will be held at Spring Pond Pentecostal Holiness Church on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. with burial to follow in Elim United Methodist Cemetery. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service.
