Andrews:
Queenie Faye Casselman Thomas, 51, died Wednesday, August 11, 2004, at the Medical University of S.C. in Charleston.
Mrs. Thomas was born in Andrews on March 6, 1953, a daughter of Willow Cox Casselman and the late DeLeon Franklyn Casselman. She grew up in Andrews and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are: her mother, Willow C. Casselman of Andrews; her former husband, Joseph Leroy Thomas of Andrews; three sons, Gordon Miller, Edwin Miller and Andy Miller, all of Pleasant Hill; five brothers, William C. Casselman, Eddie L. Casselman, Thomas Vernon Casselman, Raymond L. Casselman and Leon Franklin Casselman, all of Andrews; and one grandchild, Harry Joshua Miller.
Mrs. Thomas was predeceased by two brothers, Robert Steel Casselman and Jerome Casselman.
Funeral services will be at two-thirty on Friday afternoon, August 13, 2004, at the graveside at Piney Forest Cemetery. Officiating will be The Rev. Murray W. Powell.
The family will receive friends at the Andrews Chapel of Mayer Funeral Home on Thursday evening, August 12, 2004, from seven until nine o'clock.
In case of inclement weather, funeral services will be held at The Family Worship Center.
