Pawleys Island: Richard M. Clark, 77, husband of Cheryle Fay Clark, died May 7, 2021 at Tideland Georgetown Memorial Hospital. Mr. Clark was born June 28, 1944 in Marlboro, NY, a son of the late Ralph E. Clark and Virginia Parkinson Clark. Richard graduated from Rutgers University in 1966. He retired as Vice President for J.P. Morgan Chase and moved to Pawley's Island in 2009. He was an avid golfer and served as President of the Pawley's Plantation Men's Golf Association from 2019-2020. Richard was a quiet reserved friend to all, with a dry sense of humor and a special place in heart for his canine companions. .He never missed an episode of Jeopardy! He is survived by his wife Cheryle Fay Clark, his sons Brian, Matthew and his wife Audra, Scott and his wife Jaymie, and his grandchildren Emma, Leo, Harrison and Peyton.
