Georgetown: Richard Edward "Ricky" Redick, 54, died Tuesday, October 25, 2016, at Tidelands Community Hospice House. Mr. Redick was born in Georgetown on June 27, 1962, son of Jack Edward Redick and the late Priscilla F. Redick. He attended Andrews High School. Mr. Redick worked for Wal-Mart as an assembler for over fifteen years. He had a great love for Classic Cars, Boston Terriers and enjoyed most of all fixing things. Mr. Redick was a loving son, brother and friend. Surviving are: two sisters, Debra F. Harper (Steven) and Loretta L. Redick both of Georgetown; two brothers-in-law, Steve Harper and Larry Lightsey, and a number of nieces and nephews. Graveside Services will be at eleven o'clock Thursday, October 27, 2016, at Sampit United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 26, 2016, at the Georgetown Chapel of Mayer Funeral Home from six until eight o'clock.
