Robert Lee Dozier Sr, 74, passed away on January 10, 2025, at Georgetown Tidelands Memorial Hospital, the husband of Mrs. Judy B. Dozier.

God came and picked a beautiful flower Robert Lee Dozier Sr. Robert and Judy had a loving and beautiful relationship and marriage of 50 years. Robert was educated in the Georgetown County School District of Georgetown, SC. Robert attended church for many years at Bible Fellowship Church in Georgetown, SC. Robert Lee Dozier was also called "Neck" because of his height. He loved to wash his car and enjoyed going fishing. Robert worked in the Logging and Construction industry. Robert was quite a gentleman and always had a smile.

His memory will forever be cherished by his loving wife, Mrs. Judy Brockington Dozier of Georgetown, SC; a son, Robert Dozier Jr. of Georgetown, SC; brothers: Leroy Dozier, Jeff Dozier (Kathy), James Dozier Jr. all of Georgetown, SC; Levi Dozier of Hemingway, SC and Matthew Dozier (Tammy) of Grand Prairie, TX;., five sisters: Gloria Dozier of Georgetown, SC., Vernell Brown (Nathaniel) of Georgetown, SC; Coretta Dozier of Conway, SC; Angelo Dozier of Charlotte, NC and Jacqueline Dozier of Charlotte, NC, with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Robert Dozier Sr. was preceded in death by his parents, James Dozier Sr. and Daisy Bell Williams Dozier, three brothers, Alfred Dozier, Harvey Dozier, and Warren Dozier, and a sister Anethia Dozier.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 PM on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at the Downtown Chapel of Mayer-Ethridge Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 17, 2025, at the Downtown Chapel of Mayer-Ethridge Funeral Home.

Burial will follow in Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.

The Georgetown Chapel of Mayer-Ethridge Funeral Home and Crematory is handling the arrangements.
