Andrews: Robert Randy Marshall, 59, son of the late Robert Segars Marshal and Margie Powell Marshall, died Friday, May 3, 2019, at Grand Strand Regional Hospital. Mr. Marshall was born August 13, 1959, in Georgetown. He grew up in Andrews and graduated Andrews High School, where he was an exceptional athlete. Randy played baseball and still holds the high school record for stealing the most bases in a game. Also, played football where he was known as "Twinkle Toes". He has always been a diehard Clemson Fan and has passed it on to his sons. Randy was a proud and loving father, grandfather and friend. Surviving are: two sons, Heath Marshall (Melanie Thomas) of Andrews; and Dusty Marshall of Columbia; two grandchildren, Hunter and Bobby Marshall; a sister, Debra Kay Marshall Burbage (Jeff) of Tennessee; a brother, Bruce Marshall of Florida; and two very close cousins, Sandy Powell and Darlene Lewis, both of Myrtle Beach.
