Pawleys Island: Robert (Bobby) Gettys Lesslie Mueller, 20, died April 7, 2011, at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, N.C. Mr. Mueller was born May 4, 1990 a son of Howard and Dorothy Mueller. He was a graduate of Virginia Episcopal School and a Junior at Wake Forest University, where he was a member of Kappa Alpha Fraternity. Mr. Mueller was a communicant of All Saints Church. Mr. Mueller's interests included: Pawleys Island, boating, family and friends, swimming, avid reading, preparing for Law School and a good argument. He was predeceased by grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Gettys Lesslie and The Rev. Howard M. Mueller and his first wife, Mary Clements Mueller. Surviving are; his parents of Pawleys Island; sisters, Kate Mueller and Lesslie Ray (Phillip); brothers, David Hamilton ( Lauren), Beau Mueller (Michaela), King Mueller (Brooke), and John Mueller; an aunt, Caroline Mueller; great-uncle, Richard H. Gettys; and grandmother, Margaret Maxwell Mueller. Memorial funeral services Sunday afternoon, April 10, 2011, at three o'clock at All Saints Church. Officiating will be the Rev. Robert L. Grafe, Jr. and the Very Rev. Dr. John Barr, III. A reception will follow in the ACTS building. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to Wake Forest University, Office of the Chaplain, Chaplain's Emergency Fund, P. O. Box 7204, Winston-Salem, N. C. 27109.
