Andrews:
Rodney Preston Brantley, 41, passed away peacefully Wednesday, October 8, 2008, at his residence.
Mr. Brantley was born January 9, 1967 in Charleston, a beloved son of Robert Preston Brantley and the late Gladys Parrott Brantley. He was a member of Trio United Methodist Church, where he helped to raise funds for the building of the fellowship hall. Rodney was an inspiration and friend to all. Rodney was an avid racing fan and his vehicles reflected his love for #3. Throughout his struggles, he was faithfully attended to by his adoring mother, Gladys. His father, Robert, encouraged him to live a full and active life.
Rodney was predeceased by his Mother Gladys who was his number one fan and a dear older brother, Robert P. Brantley.
Surviving are: his Father of Andrews; Aunts, Uncles, numerous cousins; and Prissy, his loyal Jack Russell Terrier.
