Georgetown: Roy Oneal Bone, 46, husband of Betty Carter Bone, died Monday, September 6, 2021, at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital. Mr. Bone was born in Georgetown on January 12, 1975, a son of the late Otto Oneal Bone and Julia Carol Lane Bone. Mr. Bone grew up in Georgetown and attended Andrews High School. He was a devoted member of Sampit United Methodist Church and attending was a joy in his life. Roy loved to fish and camp as much as possible. He had a big heart and was willing to help anyone in need. Roy was a loving and caring father; he will surely be missed by his family and friends. In addition to his parents, Mr. Bone is predeceased by: a sister, Monica Carol Bone and a nephew, Zane Howard. Surviving is his wife of Georgetown; three daughters, Samantha Cherry (Justin) of Andrews; Shaina Bone of Georgetown; and Elane Bone of Georgetown; a son, Aaron Culp of Pawleys Island;; two sisters, Monica Bone West (Adman) of Andrews; and Shannon Bone of Georgetown; one grandchild, Samuel Watson Micheau. Funeral Services will be two o'clock Thursday, September 9, 2021, in Sampit United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Officiating will be the Rev. Gusta Ganes and the Rev.
