Pawleys Island: Sam R. Macaione, 89, of Lakes at Litchfield, entered into eternal rest Saturday, January 16, 2010. Mr. Macaione is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Glorya S. Macaione; three children, Kim Louise Witkowski, Philip Macaione, II, David Martin Macaione; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
