Pawleys Island: Thomas Edward Harrell, 68, died Monday, November 15, 2010, in Prince George Healthcare Center in Georgetown. Mr. Harrell was born in Georgetown on February 19, 1942, a son of the late Raymond Irving Harrell and Lillian Alice Johnston Harrell. Surviving are: two sisters, L. Ann Smith of Pawleys Island and Debra H. Seitter (Jake) of Georgetown; a brother, Larry I. Harrell of Columbia; three nephews Andy Harrell of Columbia, Brian Seitter (Kelly) of Andrews, and Chip Seitter (Kelley) of Summerville; and three great-nieces, Winter Grace, Emily, and Brennan.
