Thomas Henry Turner, 48, died Monday, February 14, 2005, in Morganton.
Mr. Turner was born in Kingstree on April 26, 1956, a son of the late William H. Turner, Sr. and Bernice Hardee Turner. He was an accomplished musician. Mr. Turner was a Dallas 481 ironworker and certified nuclear submarine pipe fitter. He was known for his sparkle of life and free spirit. His smile could light up the darkest room. Mr. Turner was a member of Andrews First Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Survivors include: a son, Waylon Turner, a sister, Sandra Turner; a brother, William Turner; three nieces, Karen Pope, Daniella Howard, and LeeAnn Turner; and a nephew Will Turner.
Memorial services will be one o'clock Saturday afternoon, February 19, 2005 at the graveside in Andrews Memorial Cemetery in Andrews.
