Georgetown: Wallace Jay Parr, 81, husband of Donna S. Parr, died Saturday, May 16, 2015 at Tidelands Community Hospice House. Mr. Parr was born in Phillipsburg, N.J. on January 1, 1934, a son of Pearl Lutz and the late George Jay Parr. He served in the Army with the 82nd Airborne Division and attained the rank of Sergeant. Mr. Parr was the owner of Parr and Associates and did contract construction work for Star Building Systems. He lived in many places and moved to Georgetown about ten years ago. Surviving in addition to his mother of Sierra Vista, Ariz. are: his wife, Donna Seitter Parr of Georgetown; a son, Graydon C. Parr of Mass.; a step-daughter, Brett A. Camlin (Charles) of Dallas, Tex.; a brother, Aaron Parr of Sierra Vista, Ariz.; a sister, Hope Parr of Kissimmee, Fl.; and a number of grandchildren. Memorial services will be private.
