Pawleys Island: William "Bill" Alexander Kerr, Jr. 72, the husband of Janis Lachicotte Kerr, died Thursday, June 17, 2021, at his Pawleys Island residence. Mr. Kerr was born in Quantico, VA on June 24, 1948, a son of the late William Alexander Kerr, Sr. and Harriett Frances Snellen Kerr. Bill lived a fulfilling life, husband, father, brother. An avid fisherman, former golf pro and a decorated Marine. Owner/Designer of Pawleys Island Rigs. Bill leaves behind his wife Jan, son Shane, and stepdaughter Dani Duncan and sisters Lou Kerr Ford, and Kathleen Kerr Ring. Bill was preceded in death by his mother Harriet Snellen Kerr, father Col, William A Kerr, USMC (ret) and sister Marie, stepdaughter Angie. Funeral Services will be eleven o'clock Monday, June 21, 2021, at Old All Saints Church. Chapel. Officiating will be the Rev. John Schuler. Burial will follow in All Saints Church Cemetery.
