William Howard Carlisle, 83, of Debordieu, passed away September 15, 2023, at his residence surrounded by his family after a brief illness.
He was born March 04, 1940, in Salisbury Rhodesa (Zimbabwe), a son of the late Vance Carlisle and Isabella McKinnon Carlisle.
The Georgetown Chapel of Mayer-Ethridge Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for the Carlisle Family.
