Andrews: William "Bill" Eugene Fell, Jr., 59, died Sunday, October 31, 2004, at Carolinas Hospital Systems in Florence. Mr. Fell was born in Muncie, Ind. on July 16, 1945, a son of the late William Eugene Fell and Catherine Elizabeth Holcombe Fell. He lived most of his life in Columbia and moved to Andrews several years ago. Mr. Fell graduated from Cardinal Newman High School in Columbia. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus. Surviving are: a sister, Mary Kay Rushman and her husband John of Columbia; and a nephew, Joshua Rushman of Fairfax, Va. Mr. Fell was predeceased by his twin brother, James Frederick Fell.
