Georgetown: William Patrick Lambert, 30, died Saturday, February 9, 2008, in an automobile accident. Mr. Lambert was born in Georgetown on January 29, 1978, the son of Donald Ray Lambert and Donna Freeman Thompson. He grew up in Georgetown and attended Georgetown High School. Mr. Lambert was a self employed residential and commercial painter. Mr. Lambert was predeceased by: a sister, Bonnie Katina Lambert; maternal grandparents, Robert and Juanita Freeman; and paternal grandparents, Woodrow and Dorothy Mae Lambert. Survivors include: his father of Georgetown; his mother and step-father, Edward D. Thompson of Georgetown; a step-brother, Edward W. Thompson, III of Hemingway; and a step-sister, Bonnie Woodruff of Summerville; and a number of nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be four o'clock Wednesday, February 13, 2008, at the Georgetown Chapel of Mayer Funeral Home. Officiating will be Rickey W. Lambert.
